This is an amazing shrimp dish I always order from my favorite Chinese restaurant in town, Golden Wok. The shrimp are lightly coated and fried with the shells on. They are then tossed in the spicy salt and pepper mix until the outer shells are thoroughly coated. They are delicious eaten the whole thing. The crispy, well-seasoned shells give these shrimp a great flavor and texture. YUM!
