Crunch Munch rolls
Usually, red wine is my choice of drink, weather I eat fish or beef. But tonight I had sake for a change (thanks to Jay..) Jun-Mai Kimoto Kurosawa sake - it's rich, deep, full-bodied, and earthy. It's brew in the traditional way -- very well-balances and compliments Asian cuisine. It was served chilled and very enjoyable.
Special California rolls, and my favorite - Spider (soft-shell crabs) rolls.
